Both are fermented and aged on the skins in Spanish tinajas, large clay amphorae that allow slow evolution without the flavour imprint of oak. Morei is the darker, denser and more grounded expression, shaped by pebbly alluvial soils and a deeper mineral core. Sgarzon is cooler, more lifted and more vertical, with freshness, spice and aromatic tension.

The white wines complete the picture. Fontanasanta Nosiola 2024 revives one of Trentino’s most historic white grapes through long skin contact in tinajas. It is not a simple white wine, but a dry, textural and contemplative expression of Nosiola, built around citrus, herbs, fine tannin and mineral persistence. Fuoripista Pinot Grigio 2024 takes Pinot Grigio completely off its familiar path, restoring colour, grip and structure through more than 8 months on the skins in tinajas.
