Heat & Weather

Wine is sensitive to temperature extremes.

While we take reasonable care in selecting carriers and packaging, we are not responsible for damage resulting from excessive heat exposure after delivery has occurred.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If any bottles are damaged:

• Photograph the package and contents
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include your order number and photos

We will assess and arrange replacement or refund where appropriate
