2024 Poderi San Lazzaro 'Polesio' Sangiovese

Polesio is a pure expression of Sangiovese from the sun drenched hills of Marche on Italy's east coast.  Fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel, it preserves the varietal purity and vibrancy of Sangiovese this wine is an absolute joy to drink.

In the glass, it shows an intense ruby red color. The nose is full of ripe red fruits alongside an  earthy note so typical of Sangiovese. The palate is medium-bodied with bright, ripe fruit framed by a super soft, glossy texture and fine chalky tannins.
