2024 Poderi del Paradiso 'Rosa del Paradiso' Rosato

Rosa del Paradiso is a delicious Tuscan rosé made from 100% Canaiolo, a historic Tuscan grape variety better known for its role in traditional Chianti. Here, grown in the vineyards of the iconic town of San Gimignano, it gives a pale, elegant rosé built around freshness, red fruit, and gentle floral lift. 

The grapes come from 25-year-old vines at around 280 metres planted around the winery. After a short 12-hour skin maceration in stainless steel, the wine is separated from the skins and fermented in stainless steel, preserving brightness, delicacy, and varietal clarity. 

In the glass, it shows a pale pink colour with salmon highlights. The nose is expressive with notes of rose, cherry, and strawberry. On the palate, it is light, bright and fresh. Soft and so easy to drink. This is a great value alternative to Provence Rose.
