2025 Ciù Ciù 'Oris' Falerio; Trebbiano, Passerina & Pecorino

From the rolling hills of Ascoli Piceno, the Ciù Ciù winery crafts a vibrant white wine that expresses the region’s proximity to the sea through its native grape varieties. Made organically grown Pecorino and Passerina with a touch of Trebbiano, the 2025 vintage captures a wine of bright fruit and terrific drinkability.

Beautiful colour in the glass, the nose offers orchard fruits like green apple and Valencia Orange. On the palate, it is light, bright, crisp and lively with a soft, smooth texture reminiscent of a Chardonnay but without the heaviness. The finish is clean as a whistle and calls you back for another glass.
