2024 Ciù Ciù 'Oris' Falerio; Trebbiano, Passerina & Pecorino

From the rolling hills of Ascoli Piceno, Ciù Ciù crafts a vibrant Falerio that expresses the region’s terroir and native grape varieties. Made organically and vegan, Oris 2024 blends Pecorino and Passerina with a touch of Trebbiano, capturing freshness, elegance, and varietal purity.

Straw-yellow with green highlights, the nose offers orchard fruits like crisp apple and citrus, delicate white flowers, and subtle mineral hints. On the palate, it is lively and balanced, with bright acidity, gentle sweetness, and a clean, persistent finish. Its texture and balance are reminiscent of a Chardonnay, while the fruit profile is completed with fresh green notes of apple and hints of mint.
