Ribolla 3781 is Radikon at its most iconic: a rare Riserva-style expression of Ribolla Gialla, produced only in exceptional vintages from a selected parcel in Oslavia. The name 3781 refers to the vineyard parcel itself, with the best grapes chosen for a wine built around patience, structure, and time. The 2007 vintage, released in 1L format, is one of the great mature statements of the estate.

Made from 100% Ribolla Gialla, the wine spends 2–3 months on the skins, followed by 4 years in oak barrels and at least 10 years in bottle before release. This extended ageing gives the wine its deep amber structure, tannic grip, oxidative complexity, and remarkable stability. This 2007 is listed at 14% alcohol and in 1000ml format.

In the glass, it shows an intense golden-amber colour with copper reflections. The nose is powerful and layered, with dried apricot, baked apple, orange peel, tropical fruit, honey, tea, spice, herbs, and nutty oxidative notes. On the palate, it is dense, savoury, and deeply textural, with firm Ribolla tannins, bright acidity, and exceptional persistence.

This is not simply an orange wine, but one of Radikon’s most profound bottlings: rare, mature, structured, and gastronomic, with the 1L format adding even more presence at the table.

Perfect with aged cheeses, roast poultry, pork, mushrooms, game birds, truffle, and complex savoury dishes.
