2022 Ca' Rugate 'Monte Fiorentine' Soave

From the volcanic, mineral-rich soils of Monteforte d’Alpone, this Soave Classico combines 90% Garganega and 10% Trebbiano di Soave to create a wine that is both expressive and structured. 

In the glass, Monte Fiorentine shows a golden color with a fine, inviting aroma of exotic fruits. On the palate, it is full, rich, and balanced, with a vibrant structure that will reach its peak expression after 1–2 years in bottle.
