Made from Moscato di Alessandria and Albanello, it captures the sunlit, aromatic and saline side of the Iblei landscape.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine comes from vines grown on sub-Apennine sands of calcareous origin, farmed organically with no chemical intervention. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts and skin contact, followed by ageing in concrete. It is bottled without filtration.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the glass, it shows a bright golden-straw colour. The nose is expressive and Mediterranean, with orange blossom, citrus peel, white peach, wild herbs and a gentle muscat lift.
