Produced by Arianna Occhipinti in the Vittoria area, this wine is a blend of 70% Frappato and 30% Nero d’Avola, grown at around 280 metres above sea level on calcareous, sub-Apennine sandy soils that bring both freshness and aromatic lift.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eViticulture is organic, with no chemical intervention. Indigenous yeasts and around 15 days of skin maceration. The wine is then aged for 6 months in concrete tanks and 1 month in bottle, without filtration.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIn the glass, it shows a bright, translucent ruby red color. The nose is fresh and immediate, with aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, and pomegranate, layered with floral notes and subtle Mediterranean herbs.
