It is a white wine with a strong sense of landscape: Mediterranean in origin, but shaped by altitude, salinity and the cooler breath of the Iblei Mountains.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eMade from 100% Grillo, the wine ferments with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks and 25 hl oval Austrian oak barrels. It then matures for 10 months in concrete and Austrian oak, followed by 4 months in bottle. The result is a structured, mineral and deeply territorial expression of Grillo, far removed from simple freshness.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIn the glass, it shows a luminous golden colour. The nose is layered and savoury, with citrus peel, yellow apple, wild herbs, chamomile, almond, sea salt and a subtle smoky-mineral note.
