This long maceration gives the wine color, grip, and structure, while preserving the delicate character of the variety.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIn the glass, it shows a coppery, rose-gold hue typical of skin-contact Pinot Grigio.
