The components received a very light passage through barrique before blending and bottling with only a small addition of sulphur.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine opens with orange peel, dried apricot and ripe yellow plum, followed by sage, white flowers and a salty, stony note. The palate is textured and gently phenolic, with bright acidity cutting through the broader fruit and a savoury, mineral finish that becomes more complex with air.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a structured Friulian white rather than a simple aperitif wine.
