The wine undergoes a maceration of around 40 days on the skins, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. It is then aged in a combination of large Slavonian oak casks and wooden vats, before further refinement in bottle, with no filtration or added sulphur.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIn the glass, it shows a deep, opaque ruby red.
